Returns and Refund
All purchases on the website are non-refundable. Our products, once opened, cannot be repackaged or resold due to the lack of preservatives. To keep things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns unless the following circumstance occurs.
Damaged Product / Used Product / Wrong product
We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged, as examined and determined by our quality control team. You can opt to get your product replaced or ask for a refund. Refunds will be only in the form of Sante store credit, which can be redeemed for any product in the future with a validity of 1 month.
All refund and exchange queries will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis by the customer service team. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We would urge you to share images and videos of the damaged product to email@example.com for reference during this process to have our team assist you better.
